Our real hot chocolate made on single-origin cocoa beans. Trinitario & Criollo cocoa varieties are grown in from Öko Caribe (Dom. Rep.). The beans are roasted on a low and slow roasting profile to express notes of cherry, coffee and lemon. These we make into chocolate which is cast into large blocks and then grated into hot chocolate. Directly ready to be mixed with your favorite milk and brewed into a real cup of hot chocolate.
Suggested brewing method - melt 25g of hot chocolate and mix with 160ml of your favorite milk. Stir over low/medium heat until the chocolate has dissolved in the milk. Find other brewing guides here.
