Our bean-to-cup cocoa brew with single single origin cocoa and flaking sea salt from Kattegat. Trinitario & criollo cocoa varieties are grown in the Dominican Republic's Öko Caribe. Roasted on a light and slow roasting profile to express notes of cherry, coffee and lemon. A perfect combination between the natural flavor notes and the sea salt.
Suggested brewing method - melt 25 g of hot chocolate and mix 160 ml of selected milk in Mix on low heat until the chocolate has dissolved in the milk. Find other brewing guides here.
