An earthy chocolate bar with tasty and crunchy hazelnuts. Our vegan coconut milk chocolate made from bean-to-bar in our small chocolate factory. Lightly roasted and slow conchering preserves the natural qualities and flavor notes of the cocoa beans. Once the chocolate is tempered and molded, we add freshly roasted hazelnuts grown in Italy's Piedmont region, known for its crunchy and flavorful nuts.
Key procedures: The hazelnuts are grown on 70-year-old trees on traditional plantations in the Piedmont region. They are roasted like whole nuts and carefully placed on the back of each chocolate bar.

Ingredients Cocoa beans, hazelnuts, cane sugar, coconut milk, cocoa butter. Cocoa formulation 50% Criollo & Trinitario cocoa.
