Nyåkers Pepparkakor was founded in 1952. At the time, it was an ordinary local bakery, supplying a variety of pastries. The bakery’s bread wagon travelled between farms selling to households.

The company is now one of the largest on the Swedish market for gingersnaps and an increasing share of production is exported to countries al over the world. Nyåkers is a Swedish family-owned company, known as “The test winner”.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oil (shea, coconut, canola), sugar syrup, raising agent (E500), cloves, cinnamon, ginger, salt, natural flavor. Store in a cold, dry place.
