Sperlari Galatine are one of the most popular candies in Italy since 1956.
These tablets are made from semi-skimmed milk and not only they are delicious but also are an excellent source of calcium and energy. Each Galatine tablet starts with fresh milk which is dehydrated to obtain a soft milk powder that becomes the basic ingredient for the candy. Honey and low-fat yogurt are added to make it delicious.
Each tablet comes individually packed and contains no artificial color and no preservatives.
