Description
A refreshing chocolate bar with notes of pineapple and citrus. This bar offers beans from Åkesson's Bejofo Estate. The beans are dried on concrete beds under the hot Madagascar sun. In this way, the cocoa beans retain the acidity and therefore dominate the flavor profile with fruity flavors of pineapple and citrus and with an underlying flavor of cream and vanilla.
Handmade in Copenhagen.
Ingredients: Cocoa beans and cane sugar. Cocoa formulation: 74% Trinitario & Criollo cocoa.
