Shipping/Handling

All orders ship from Lancaster, PA, USA. 

We currently ship domestically to all 50 sates. International shipping is also available to most countries! Customs charges may be applied upon delivery for international shipments. Sweetish is not responsible for customs charges. If you are unable to process your order please email us at sweet@sweetishcandy.com

We ship using USPS and UPS. FedEx upon request. If you live in a hot climate please add cold shipping materials to your order if it includes chocolates. If you live in a hot climate and select a slower shipping method we reserve the right to switch to a faster shipping method to make sure the product arrives safely. 

Free standard shipping includes ground shipping from UPS or USPS.. This will be chosen by Sweetish based on speed and cost to your area. If you want a specific service you must pay for that service. Continental USA only. 

If you refuse a shipment from Sweetish upon arrival, you are responsible for both the original shipping costs incurred and the cost of returning the package to our store in Lancaster. Sweetish is not liable for any damage or loss of quality incurred during shipping. As well as delays with the shipping service or lost packages.

If you are experiencing shipping delays or a missing package please contact the shipping service first before contacting us. We are not able to do anything more than see the tracking number you see once it leaves our store.
