 Here's Ultra Violet, the bold, vibrant twist on a classic favorite. We infused this creation with the delicate floral notes of violet, the subtle punch of fennel seeds, and a small kick of salmiak.

Ingredients: Milk chocolate (sugar, cacao fat, dry whole milk, chocolate liquor, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), glucose syrup, wheat flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, licorice root extract powder, ammonium chloride, salt, star anise, carnauba wax, viola aroma, violet petals, rapeseed, fennel seeds, dye (turmeric, carrot, beetroot, spirulina extract)
