Description
In 1924 fetched Emil Nordby carefully the first batch with Ideal Flatbrød out of the oven. The recipe is based on love and ancient Norwegian food, and Ideal Flatbrød baked in the same way today. Still as a thin, crispy and flavorful, rich in whole grains and fiber - and still obvious as an accessory for all kinds of food.
Ingredients: Wholemeal rye flour, wheat flour (26%), salt.
