Sprat that is seasoned and stored in barrels is called anchovies. It has an amazing spice and aroma – rich and mellow. Anchovy-style sprat fillet is delicious on a sandwich with eggs, as well as on a homemade pizza. It’s also a traditional ingredient for Jansson’s Temptation.
